Privacy Notice

This notice describes how VivaBoard Hire ("VivaBoard", "we") processes personal data when you use our platform as an employer, candidate, or website visitor.

It is written to be readable. If anything is unclear, email privacy@vivaboard.app.

Account data (name, work email, organization), application data submitted by candidates (CV, answers, work samples), and product telemetry needed to keep the service reliable.

We do not collect protected characteristics and we do not infer them from CVs, interviews, or facial analysis.

Employers are the controllers of candidate data submitted to their workspace; VivaBoard is the processor. Candidates can request access, correction, or human review at any time.

Application data is retained for as long as the employer's configured retention window (default 24 months), then deleted or anonymized.

We use a short list of vetted subprocessors for hosting, email, and AI inference. A current list is available on request from privacy@vivaboard.app.

Row-Level Security is enforced at the database layer. Files live in private storage with short-lived signed URLs. Every access is written to an append-only audit log.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. For candidate data held inside a specific employer's workspace, we route the request to that employer.
