Terms of Service

By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your organization.

Paid plans renew monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Taxes are added where required.

You may not use VivaBoard to discriminate against candidates on the basis of protected characteristics, to circumvent candidate rights, or to reverse-engineer the service.

You retain ownership of your data. We process it only to provide the service and as described in the Privacy Notice.

AI outputs are suggestions, not decisions. You are responsible for the final hiring decision and any communication with candidates.

The service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days before deletion.

We will notify you by email before making material changes to these terms.
